KaizenEvol is a creative growth agency based in the United Kingdom. KaizenEvol Connect is the tool we use to publish content to the social media accounts of the artists and brands we work for, at the times agreed with them. This page explains what the tool stores and why.

Who this applies to

Only our clients. Nobody can link an account to KaizenEvol Connect unless we have sent them a connect link as part of our work together. We do not operate a public service and do not sell or share data with anyone.

What we store when you connect a TikTok account

• The access token and refresh token TikTok issues when you approve the connection, so that we can upload the content you have approved.
• Your TikTok open ID, username and display name, so that we can show you which account is linked.
• A log of what we published for you and when, including the link to each post.

We do not read your messages, followers, analytics or any content you did not ask us to publish. We request only the permissions needed to identify the account and upload content (user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish).

Where it is stored

On a server we control in the European Union, in files readable only by the service itself. Tokens are never written to shared documents, chat messages or version control.

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together. When our work ends, or when you ask, we delete the tokens within 7 days. You can also revoke our access at any time from TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services → Connected apps.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw the connection. Email law@kaizenevol.com.

Changes

If this policy changes we will tell every connected client directly and update the date above.
