KaizenEvol Connect is the publishing tool used by KaizenEvol, a creative growth agency in the United Kingdom, to post content on behalf of the clients it works with. By linking a social media account through a connect link we have sent you, you agree to these terms.
1. What the tool does
It uploads content you have reviewed and approved to your linked account, at the times agreed in our work together, and records what was published. It does nothing else with your account.
2. Your content stays yours
You keep every right to the content we publish for you. We hold no licence beyond what is needed to upload it to your account on your instruction.
3. Approval
Nothing is published that you have not approved. If you want a post changed or pulled, tell us and we will act the same day where the platform allows it.
4. Platform rules
Content published through the tool must comply with the rules of the platform it is posted to, including TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We will not publish content that breaks them.
5. Ending the connection
You may revoke the connection at any time from the platform's connected-apps settings or by emailing us. We then delete the stored tokens within 7 days.
6. Liability
We take care to publish correctly and on time, but we are not liable for platform outages, platform policy changes or the performance of any post.
